FAQ
Is There a Service Fee?
No. Preliminary qualification and pattern analysis are provided free of charge. Paralex Partners conducts investigative intake to identify systemic irregularities in foreclosure auctions. There is no cost to submit your information for review.
Is This Part of a Class Action?
Not at this stage. Submissions are reviewed for investigative purposes only. If legal counsel is retained or litigation funders are engaged and the facts support coordinated misconduct, your matter may be considered for inclusion in a class action or multi-party litigation—but only with your express consent and subject to attorney and funder's review, as applicable.
How Far Back Can the Auction Date Be?
We are primarily focused on foreclosure auction fraud cases that occurred within the past six years. Submissions involving older auctions may still be reviewed if they reflect systemic irregularities, but investigative priority is given to more recent cases where evidence and records are accessible.
Do You Investigate Pre‑Foreclosure Litigation Cases?
No. Paralex Partners only investigates misconduct occurring after a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale (JFS) has been entered. We do not review earlier‑stage foreclosure litigation, loan modification disputes, or pre‑judgment proceedings. Our focus is strictly on post‑JFS auction irregularities and premature conveyance practices.
What Is an Opportunity Assessment?
In this context an opportunity assessment involves analyzing among other things, potential merits, costs and risks, competitive landscape, feasibility, scalability, and value proposition.
What is Litigation Finance?
Litigation finance (also called litigation funding or legal finance) is the practice where an outside party provides capital to plaintiffs or law firms to cover the costs of pursuing a lawsuit. In return, the funder receives a portion of any financial recovery if the case is successful.
Will I Receive Legal Advice?
No. Paralex Partners is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We investigate auction fraud and related misconduct to identify patterns and document potential cases. If your submission meets certain criteria, we may refer it to qualified legal counsel and/or litigation funders for further evaluation.
What Happens After I Submit?
Your submission will be reviewed by our investigative and opportunity assessment team. If it reflects auction irregularities consistent with known patterns—such as bid suppression, price manipulation, premature conveyance, unauthorized anonymous bidding, interference with Exclusive Right to Sell agreements, or insider acquisition—you may be contacted for follow-up. All submissions are confidential and used solely for investigative intake.
Is My Information Confidential?
Yes. All submissions are treated as confidential investigative intake. We do not share your information without your consent. Submission does not create an attorney-client relationship or legal representation.
