Standard Operating Procedures

In accordance with New York State law, ​Panache Privee Ltd. has adopted certain Standard Operating Procedures as set forth below.

Prospective homebuyers must meet the following prerequisites prior to receiving any services from our firm: (i) Prospective clients shall show identification; (ii) an exclusive buyer agent agreement is not required, but prospective clients may agree to enter into such agreement with our firm; and (iii) proof of funding or pre-approval for a mortgage loan is required.
