On July 10, 2010, Oceana held its inaugural Hamptons "Splash" Party at the Water Mill home of Lois Robbins and Andrew Zaro. The mid-summer event marked Oceana's debut into the Hamptons community for an annual celebration of ocean conservation.
The event featured a cocktail reception and buffet dinner, a live auction with the proceeds going to Oceana, as well as a presentation on Oceana and its mission. Jackson Browne performed an exclusive solo acoustic performance.
