On Thursday, May 26, 2011, The Junior Committee of The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NYSPCC) hosted their annual Spring Benefit, Empire State of Mind at the Empire Room on the ground floor of the Empire State Building. Empire State of Mind was the NYSPCC Junior Committee’s most successful Spring Benefit to date, raising over $19,000 with the help of 200 attending guests to support the Society’s work with NYC’s children.
