Personal:
Married to Darius Sakhai. Four children
Victoria Sakhai was born in Queens, New York in 1970. Her family had emigrated from Iran in the 1940's and in the mid-70's they moved to Great Neck on Long Island.
Education:
Victoria graduated from Great Neck North High School, where she was awarded the Robin Aaron Scholarship in Fashion Design and attended Adelphi University where she studied early childhood development and graphic arts. When Victoria married in 1989, she moved to New York City and continued her education at the Parsons School of Design, majoring in graphic arts. After Parsons, Victoria worked in the field of product design and advertising for a paper manufacturing company.
