Background: She retired as a Senior Managing Director in the Investment Banking Divisions Retail and Apparel Group of Bear, Stearns & Co. Ms. Eveillard joined the firm after twelve years at PaineWebber, Inc., where she was a Managing Director and head of the Retail Industry Group. Prior to that, she had sixteen years of experience at Lehman Brothers, achieving the position of Managing Director.
Ms. Eveillard serves on the board of directors of Beall’s Tween Brands, Inc., Birks & Mayors Inc., and Retail Ventures, Inc. She served on the Board of Dean’s Advisors at the Harvard Business School, is a Trustee of Smith College, is a Trustee and Chair of Glimmerglass Opera, is a member of The National Trustee Council of OPERA America and is a Trustee of the Park Avenue Christian Church.
