Background: In addition to starring in many acclaimed stage productions — her credits include such roles as Goethe’s Gretchen and Stella, Schiller’s Luisa Miller and Shakespeare’s Desdemona — she has appeared in more than 30 feature and television films, including the French mini-series "Mozart," the U.S. film "Bloodline" with Audrey Hepburn, and "Mussolini & I" opposite Anthony Hopkins.
