Background:
Baumann was appointed Deputy Director of the Cooper-Hewitt in 2006. From 2001-2005, Baumann was Director of External Affairs at the Cooper-Hewitt. Baumann has also worked at the Museum of Modern Art, the Calhoun School and at artbook publisher George Braziller, Inc.
