Andrew Saul is a general partner at Saul Partners, L.P., vice chairman of the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board and the Vice Chairman of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) in New York State.

He was chairman of the board of Cache, Inc., women's apparel, from 1993 to 2000 and now serves as a director. Before joining Cache, he was president of BR Investors. He was also president of Brooks Fashion Stores, Inc. from 1980 to 1985 and executive vice president from 1968 to 1980.
He is chairman of the board of Mt. Sinai Medical Center, where is serves on the Executive Committee and chairs the Audit Committee; and vice chairman of Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. He is on the boards of the Sarah Neuman Nursing Home, the Manhattan Institute, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the New York City Ballet and serves on the Trustee Council of the National Gallery of Art. He was a member of the Board of Overseers of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania until 2005.
